The Nordic Africa Institute

Programme and Research Council

The NAI Programme and Research Council provides strategic advice to the Nordic Africa Institute. Each Nordic country that funds NAI appoints two representatives, selected by the Director: one from the foreign ministry and one from the academic sector. In addition, Uppsala University Library, Sida and representatives from academic institutions in Denmark and Norway participate, reflecting their close collaboration with the Institute.
