Applications for our scholarships are rigorously assessed by a selection committee, operating under strict and transparent rules of ethics and proficiency.

Each time a scholarship is announced here at the Nordic Africa Institute, a selection committee is formed to handle the recruitment process. Selection committees comprise members of staff with a wide range of experience, based on background, profession, gender and other diversity criteria.

Our selection processes follow ethical guidelines, taking into consideration the transparency of the process, equity and fairness, and respect for the candidate.
