How to add NAI as contact in Gmail, Outlook
To make sure our newsletter doesn't end up in a spam folder or a secondary inbox, you can add our sender address to your contact list.
If for some reason you find our email in a spam folder, please make sure to mark it as "not spam".
When you receive an email from us (firstname.lastname@example.org), you can add us to your contacts completely within the message.
Once opened, you just need to move your cursor to the top of the email and over the sender. A pop-up menu should appear, with an option to “Add to Contacts.” Click it.
If you have yet to find an email from us, go to Gmail Contacts and Create contact.
For Outlook users, when you’ve received an email from us, right-click the sender’s name (email@example.com) and choose “Add to Outlook Contacts.” A window should open in which you can fill in the details of the sender.
If you haven't recieved an email from us, go to People and New Contact.
Other email clients
Most clients should have similar ways to add our address to your contact list, as described for Gmail and Outlook.
