Who can really be mobile?
During the autumn NAI is co-organizing a series of seminars that explores the concept of mobility in a broad sense. Increased mobility for individuals is considered good for the quality of life as well as for countries' competitiveness . Paula Mählck from the Nordic Africa Institute and Carina Carlhed from Uppsala University lead the seminars .
