Agreement not signed by rebels
Leaders of eight African states have signed a peace agreement in eastern DRC. But many questions still remain.
− This is not a peace agreement between the Congolese government and rebel groups in the area. As it has been reported in media the agreement can easily be misunderstood for something better than what it really is, says NAI researcher Maria Eriksson Baaz.
