VP of Tanzania met Swedish ministers
Tuesday 27 September 3 pm, from the seminar: “Dawn in the Serengeti – Sweden’s partnership with a Young African Lion Economy”. Participants: The Vice President of Tanzania Dr Mohamed Bilal, the Swedish Minister for International Development Co-operation, Gunilla Carlsson, Mikael Samuelsson, Stockholm School of Economics, and NAI Director Carin Norberg. The Vice President also met with the Minister for Social Security, Ulf Kristersson.

The Minister for International Development Co-operation gave her views on Sweden’s close co-operation with Tanzania since the country’s independence in 1961 and presented the direction of their future partnership. The seminar was arranged by the Nordic Africa Institute, East Africa Entrepreneur Program at the Stockholm School of Trade and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
